Welcome to our company SGM Fashion Limited T/A Gissings Boutique. Please read all these terms and conditions carefully, as use of our online e-commerce website 'Gissings Boutique' and purchases made within our store 'Gissings Boutique, Brimley House, 15 Portland Street, Clifton BS8 4JA', means you are entering into a contract with us and are bound by them. 


Every effort has and will be taken to make sure that the information on this site is correct and up to date. The information may however, become inaccurate, incomplete or out of date from time to time. To the full extent permitted by law, but subject to the terms and conditions of sale referred to below, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether implied or expressed) as to the accuracy of any information contained on this site.

Please note that colours may vary from the images used on our site. Flash photography can make dresses appear lighter in colour. The images used on the site are produced by our suppliers and whilst we take every effort to describe the dresses accurately we cannot guarantee the shades of every style. If you have any concerns or questions, we are very happy to help you so please 'Contact Us' and we will assist accordingly in making sure you are happy with the colour. You can also book an appointment with us to come and try on the dress should we have it available in stock before ordering. If the dress is not in our store we can speak directly with the designers to order a 'colour swatch sample' for you. 

Variation of Contract

SGM Fashion Limited T/A Gissings Boutique shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice, to amend remove or vary any of the content supplied in connection with the service offered on its website, or which appears on any page of the site.

Website Content & Advertisements 

This site contains links to other sites who are third-party providers however, their websites are not under the control of and are not maintained by Gissings Boutique. These links are provided for your convenience only and Gissings Boutique is not responsible for the content or availability of those sites.

Client Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price by us. Acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and SGM Fashion Limited T/A Gissings Boutique will only be completed when you click 'I Accept' box upon checkout. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. If your dress is within our available stock, you shall receive a 'Fulfillment' email to confirm your DPD Local tracking number. 

The sale contract is therefore concluded in England and the language of the contract and governing law is English. We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to authorise payment for the transaction, or the item is out of stock, or that the item has been withdrawn. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from our website, whether or not that item has been sold: removing screening or editing any materials or content on the site: refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. 

In the event that an item is to be returned by a customer, we reserve the right to delay delivery of any further items in any subsequent orders, until the return of the original order has taken place. We reserve the right to vary these provisions regarding the delivery of multiple items or orders at our sole discretion.

Payment Infomation

We offer a Secure and Safer Payments through WorldPay and can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Maestro and any other methods that may be advertised on the site from time to time. You can also pay over the phone or via WorldPay SafePayments via a secure email link upon request.  Payments will be cleared and debited from your account upon dispatch of your order by Gissings Boutique. When placing an order with us you undertake that all of the information you provide to us is true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the costs of the goods. We take all reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit card transactions are processed in a secure host environment with WorldPay, and we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of any negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.

Pricing & Availability 

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices, details, and descriptions that appear on this website are accurate, sometimes errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods you will receive a full refund. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT unless they are exempt. Delivery costs will be charged in addition. Such charges will be clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Grand Total. 


You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SGM Fashion Limited T/A Gissings Boutique, its director, officers, consultants, agents and affiliates from any and all third party claims, damages, liability, and or costs (including, but not limited, to legal fees) arising from your use of this website or your breach of its terms and conditions.

Complaints & Online Dispute Resolution 

Excellent Customer Service is at the core of our business, however, if you are unhappy in any way, please 'Contact Us'  and we shall do our best to resolve your complaint. 

If you are still not happy, we are required by law to inform you of the ODR platform which will allow consumers, traders and ADR providers to file, respond to, and handle disputes online (including disputes where the trader and consumer are in different countries within the EU).
